Hand Made Cards · Ideas To Inspire

Little Mexican Skulls

Hello Crafters

So today I wanted to pop in with a variation of cards that I have made for our daughter-in-law for the past couple of years, and bless her, she has framed them, so I have made 3 previous ones so to finish the pair, I made what I think should be her last one (don’t want her to get bored now do we!). Here’s a link to the previous one Mexican Skulls

I decided to use some little wooden items I had and add the flowers to the tops of their heads like a hat. The background was made using distress oxides, and we all love to get into those inks but they blend like butter and created that beautiful background. I then added the real sticky flake and glitter glue and the Cosmic Shimmer Summer Meadow Foil Flakes. I wanted that random flash of gold.

Items Used:

Yes – Aldi has an amazing crafting section and sometimes you find some great stuff! The punches made those little flowers. Take a look next time you go shopping.

Have a great week
